Electric Conduit Construction crews spotted this arm failure on poles removed from their work on a cell site. Their situational awareness caught this before any serious damage occurred. A big thanks to our crews for keeping an eye out for others and reporting problems when they find them.

2025 brings changes to the Illinois JULIE law. Among those changes are new procedures for notification and for positive response, as well as amended fines for violations, requirements for white lining and other needed changes.
